Safety Officer
Qualifications:
– A relevant tertiary qualification in the field of Health, Safety and Environment.
– Advanced certificate in HSE will be an added advantage (NDSMN / NEBOSH).
– SAMTRAC or equivalent qualification.
– Registered as a CHSO – SACPCMP (Must at least be in the possession of a confirmation letter).
– HIRA
– Incident investigation L3 or RCAT
– Construction Regulations.
Experience:
– 3-5 years experience in the client Petrochemical Environment as a Health, Safety and Environment Practitioner.
– Knowledge of promulgated Construction regulations.
– Knowledge of HSE legislation, procedures, standards and risk assessments.
– Knowledge of various Client HSE Specifications with emphasis on Group Technology Projects.
– Incident Investigation and facilitation.
