ADMINISTRATION & FINANCIAL SUPPORT OFFICER
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration & Financial Support Officer to join our team.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Financial/accounting literacy with excellent numerical accuracy
Ability to work with figures, reports, reconciliations, and financial records
High level of attention to detail and professionalism
Strong communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
General administration and office coordination
Preparing and maintaining financial records and reports
Assisting with accounting and bookkeeping functions
Data capturing and document management
Scheduling, correspondence, and reporting
Ensuring accuracy in all financial and administrative processes
