Receptionist
Our client at a Logistics company is looking for a professional, friendly and organized Receptionist to be first point of contact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
* Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
* Manage the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, packages, etc.)
* Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
* Provide basic administrative and clerical support
Requirements:
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic computer literacy (Microsoft office, email, etc.)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Professional appearance and attitude
* Previous reception or administrative experience will be an advantage
